Who can access your products?
Our books are available as licensed products through your university. Contact your university to see if the license is for Online Colleges (blended and online) or Traditional Colleges (fact-to-face, blended, and some online). Also, find out if the license is for one book or all four books in that series.

What is Futures Unlocked’s Honor Code?
We know that most of you have never and will never abuse the services provided by our company. We expect that once registered, you will not share your login information with anyone else, whether you be a university administrator, faculty member, employee, or student. This is true even if your university has a valid and current licensing agreement with us. Each person who logs in must have their own registration. We will take swift action against anyone found violating this Honor Code.

I am an administrator, faculty member, or employee of a university that has a licensing agreement with your company. Can I access your products?
No, note that our licensing agreement is only for STUDENT use, unless a separate agreement is in place for individual administrators. It is not available to faculty members or employees, unless there is a separate agreement in place. Again, we will take swift action against anyone found violating this Honor Code.

What platforms do your products support?
Our products support PCs, Macs, tablets, ipads, iphones, and Android phones.

How can I access these products?
First, you must have a working internet connection.
Next, be sure of the type of license your university has agree to. Then, from the main page in our website, go to the Products page and click on the appropriate link, Online Colleges or Traditional Colleges, then Volume 1 or Volumes 1-4. You can only register for the subscription your college has licensed with us for.
Once you are in the appropriate place you must sign up for the product. You must use an email associated with your university. After signing up, you will be sent an email to confirm your email address. Once you confirm your email address, you can then login.

Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
• Confirmation was sent to a different email address. Double-check which email address you used to sign up with. If you are still having problems, try signing up again with the appropriate email.
• Confirmation email was blocked or went to your junk mail folder.
• The email was already sent to this address and confirmed.
• The order usage date is in the future. Orders must be submitted during the licensed usage period. Check with your Licensed Software Reseller (your university) to make sure of the licensed usage period.
• No reservation was placed. If it was placed, then you may not have the correct password. Click on the Forgot Password link below the login area for help.

Why can’t I use a different email than the one associated with my university?
Since these are licensed products, the license is only good when associated with a university with a valid licensing agreement in place. Using a different email address will not allow you access to our products, even if your university has a valid licensing agreement.

Do I have to pay to access your products?
No, as long as your university has a current licensing agreement with us, you will not need to pay. If they don’t have a current licensing agreement with us, you can always subscribe as an individual or encourage your university to reach out to us regarding a licensing agreement for their students at no cost to the students.

How long will I have access to the products?
You will have access for the length of time in the contract with your university. Contact your university for more information about length of access.

Does the activation link expire?
Yes, the activation link expires after the license usage date in your university’s contract.

Can I download the products?
No, your products are not available for download or offline reading.

Can I print the books?
No, the books are not available for printing.

Can I cancel my registration?
Once registered, you can request cancellation by contacting us at support@breecrt8.com.

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my registration?
No, since registration is dependent on your university’s licensing agreement.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
1. Go to Products, then click on the appropriate area (Online Colleges or Traditional Colleges).
2. Click on either Volume 1 or Volumes 1-4.
3. Click on Student Login.
4. Click on the area below the login boxes that says, “Lost your password?”
5. You will be prompted to provide your email address, then click on Get New Password.
6. Check your email. There will be an email from WordPress with the title [Futures Unlocked] Login Details. Click on the first link to reset your password.
7. Either keep the computer generated password or create a new one. Be sure that it conforms to the password requirements (i.e., the password should be at least twelve characters long and is should incorporate upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols like ! ” ? $ % ^ &).
8. Go back to the Products page and follow the appropriate links to login with your password.
